La Osteria di Russo & Russo es propiedad del padre e hijo Pino y Marc Russo, apoyados en la cocina y el salón por un dedicado equipo de "italianos honoríficos", muchos de los cuales trabajaron juntos anteriormente en el Bridge Room del distrito financiero de Sídney. Nuestra cocina incluye combinaciones de sabores clásicos italianos, aunque el chef, Jason Saxby, rara vez utiliza ingredientes importados y se suele inspirar más en los productos de temporada y las técnicas modernas que en las recetas tradicionales.
