With healthy options, vegan, or decadent multi-course meals paired with local wines and spirits, your culinary adventure will go unmatched while you dine, and take in the sweeping Okanagan Lake Views.If you are dining as a resort guest, PeakFine Restaurant encourages wearing bathrobes and slippers for breakfast and lunch. In the evening, we adhere to a smart casual dress code, and we ask that guests refrain from wearing hats or slippers to dinner. There is an 18% service charge for parties of 6 or more.Please note that Sparkling Hill Resort & Spa is a 16 plus only resort.

BLOCK ONE represents the future as this vineyard block now produces some of the estate’s finest fruit for our international award-winning wines.     Came for brunch and left wondering why we don’t come for brunch every week! Everything was incredibly delicious and beautifully presented. Why anyone would go anywhere else for brunch I do not know. Absolutely top notch food and at a really good price for such a beautiful place. Next level. Just go! I had the waffles this time and can’t wait to go back and work my way through everything else on the menu. It goes without saying that the view and the building are stunning too. Thanks for an exceptional experience.

    Overall we had a great experience for dinner. We were greeted right away by our server who got drinks going. Once they were dropped off he did take a little while to come back for our food orders. Everyone really enjoyed their food. The one comment from 2 people at the table was the fettuccine could have been a bit saucier. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming at The Phoenix.

    The service and ambiance was excellent , as was the food. The only drawback on the food was the sourdough was not truly sourdough. I’m a bit of a snob that way. It was good for white bread. Everything else was high quality and the eggs were done exactly as I specified. I definitely recommend.
