So here at Calabria Brick-Oven Pizzeria we create something truly special that would allow the world to try authentic pizza. Our pizza dough is made from scratch daily using an old recipe and cold fermented up to 72 hours, giving it time to develop a unique flavor. Our pizzas are 100% handmade to order and baked in our brick wood fire oven at a heat of around 750°F to 850° F degrees. This intense blast of heat locks in all the natural flavors, creating a soft and chewy in the middle and charred crust on the outside. Such a wonderful meal!! We shared the Sprouts and Squash salad as an appetizer. It. Was. DELICIOUS! I had the Ahi Tuna for my entrée and it was equally delicious!! We can’t wait to return to The Henry!!

Staff was extremely friendly and provided outstanding service. The food was phenomenal. The garlic parm wings were massive and top 5 wings I’ve ever had. The pizza was so delicious. We did half n half 16” (very large actually). First half was hot pepper and the second was mushroom. Both were delicious but the hot pepper was easily #1 or #2 all time best pizza of all places we’ve eaten.
