Sugar Factory Tampa will be located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 5223 Orient Road, Tampa, FL 33610. Sugar Factory American Brasserie will be open weekdays from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and weekends from 11a.m. – 1a.m. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served daily and brunch will be available on Saturdays and Sundays. Sugar Factory Tampa will be located on the Mezzanine level of the casino, overlooking the grand entrance, within the newly opened hotel and casino. The 120-seat full-service restaurant will feature the brand’s signature confectionary, which boasts a 4,000-square-foot, floor-to-ceiling candy wall with over 500 types of candy, including a selection of bulk and novelty candy like the world-famous Couture Pops.     The Rooster and the Till is an absolute gem. Small and intimate neighborhood vibe. The food is eclectic and excellently prepared. Service was outstanding as well. Our goal was to find a restaurant that steps well outside the typical American fare… The Rooster and the Till really hit the mark.

    great little spot! Had a bit of confusion over my reservation for inside seating but the staff made it right! had a great time with a few friends and the food was wonderful. (The male manager could learn a bit from the wait staff on politeness and tone)

    Our party arrived at different times and we were seated as we arrived. They brought water and we were able to order appetizers to hold us until the last person showed up. The food was really good. Sushi was great. Bento box was great. It was a nice experience.
