The Bistro Quarter's restaurant and bar is located on the fringes of Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke on Trent in Staffordshire.It strikes the perfect balance between exceptional dining and affordability. The interior-designed surroundings are modern, yet elegant, with an emphasis on a relaxed and friendly vibe. The menu and cocktail bar are designed to satisfy most tastes and combine classic British menus with a bistro-style serving.The Executive Chef, Malk Walker, is proud of his two rosettes and takes pride in everything he does. The Bistro is open from 8am for breakfast, lunch and dinner or you can just pop in for a coffee and a pastry or a cocktail. 2 for 1 Cocktails are served from 4pm-6pm (Tues-Sat).

The building and décor are charming and rustic, with elegant modern touches. Our outdoor Terrace is very popular with some wonderful view. A daily menu, all freshly prepared in the kitchen, includes fresh fish, pies, steaks and chef's daily specials with main course prices ranging from £9.50 - £25.50. The Hind's Head is a traditional country village pub and restaurant serving freshly made food and quality local cask ales. We are a community owned and managed free house in a very picturesque Shropshire village. We have the more traditional areas of the pub with wood burning stoves, as well as a lovely restaurant and welcoming orangery for all our guests to enjoy food, drinks and good company. We offer two wine lists as well as a great selection of cask ales, lagers and ciders. The views from the front of the pub have a perfect picture post card view of St Chad's Church in the centre of the village. While we offer traditional pub classics like freshly made pies and fish and chips, we also regularly offer specials that our chefs create weekly and do a lovely Sunday roast dinner that is extremely popular. First time that we had eaten here for breakfast. The food was amazing and came out very hot! Service was exceptional and we got a warm welcome from the young staff working. Have already recommended to friends and family and will be definitely coming back for breakfast and will be keen to try lunch and dinner here too ! You’ll have to go far to beat the full breakfast here….outstanding!

Good quality hotel restaurant. There was a good choice abd the food was surprisingly tasty. I would definitely eat here again. The only downside was that it was so chilly (altho that might just be me!)
