While you may not realize it, you have chosen to dine in a Texas Tech University classroom! Skyviews Restaurant is a full-service, largely self-supporting restaurant designed and operated to provide a hospitality laboratory experience for up to 50 students each week. While you are enjoying an excellent meal in the lovely surroundings, students are developing skills and applying knowledge. Every day is a learning experience for our students, and we welcome comments and suggestions as we strive to improve your dining experience. We greatly appreciate your patronage. Please note that reservations are limited due to the nature of our restaurant. Dinner reservations fill up quickly and will close 24 hours prior to dinner. If OpenTable does not allow a reservation or blocks out a timeslot, that signifies we are full for that time and/or day.

    Excellent job with having roses and chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine’s dinner with 6 girls. The table was decorated beautifully, the food was excellent and the service was great as always! Loved it!

    We came here for Valentine’s Day, and the food was exceptional. The service was great. We would definitely come back.  I love the fact that I can bring my own wine because I’m a little bit picky about that but the $10 corking fee is too high.

    Excellent business meal with staff and a job candidate! Loved all we ate and the conversation was good due to the distance between tables. Gary is the best! He keeps an eye on his students and teaches them how to be attentive and serve with care!

    Our experience at Claraboya was superb. The greeting at entry and by the wait staff was friendly and genuine. Drinks and food was delivered in a timely manner and all were extremely good. From the first bite, we both agreed...."we are coming back here!"

    Very enjoyable place to eat lunch or dinner, or to have a drink. Wonderful view, very friendly staff and food is certainly good.
