Kenichi es un excelente lugar para disfrutar de la deliciosa gastronomía asiática contemporánea en Aspen y del sushi de primera categoría. Igual que en el de NYC muy elegante pero la comida no devuelve la expectativas. Dice ser especialistas en Carnes pero estan lejos muy lejos de saber manejar las carnes. Salvo las guarniciones y el postre todo muy promedio por el precio que cobran. Varias camareras atienden con el pelo suelto cosa que me parece pesimo en un lugar donde se manejar alimentos. Casi 500 por 3 personas sin vino y con un postre.
