The Salthouse Tavern is a large, two-roomed, friendly local pub, in the heart of east Hull, close to the village of Sutton, Howdale Road, Salthouse Road and Gleneagle Park. Beautiful Italian food, the pizza are typically authentic Italian pizza, absolutely delicious! Thin base and not doughy. Calamari, the best I've eaten! The staff are so tentative but not over bearing, which is perfect. They're all so friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. Highly recommended!
