El chef y copropietario Jonathan Spak, graduado del Culinary Institute of America, crea sus cambiantes menús de temporada para mostrar lo mejor que las granjas locales tienen para ofrecer. We had a Christmas Eve dinner. All meals were absolutely delicious! The restaurant was beautifully decorated, very romantic. They offered a course of 3 meals. I am glad I chose this restaurant.

We had a wonderful dinner in the 1869 room. Our server was lovely. My uncle who was with us was losing his voice and our server brought him hot water with lemon and honey. Our meals were delicious and we always love the ambiance at the restaurant. We have stayed in the hotel before (we didn't this time) and would also highly recommend making a visit.
