Debido al éxito de Cornstore Wine Bar & Restaurant Cork, se inauguró un restaurante asociado en Limerick en noviembre de 2008, ubicado en una calle peatonal recién reformada, la Thomas Street. El restaurante cuenta con 3 plantas y presenta un estilo de Manhattan animado y alegre, con un salón comedor privado y una zona de fumadores actual climatizada. En el interior se refleja la misma elegancia moderna de su restaurante asociado en Cork, con suelo de baldosa de diseño intrincado, una barra de estilo pewter, acogedoras cabinas y una iluminación íntima.
