Debido al éxito de Cornstore Wine Bar & Restaurant Cork, se inauguró un restaurante asociado en Limerick en noviembre de 2008, ubicado en una calle peatonal recién reformada, la Thomas Street. El restaurante cuenta con 3 plantas y presenta un estilo de Manhattan animado y alegre, con un salón comedor privado y una zona de fumadores actual climatizada. En el interior se refleja la misma elegancia moderna de su restaurante asociado en Cork, con suelo de baldosa de diseño intrincado, una barra de estilo pewter, acogedoras cabinas y una iluminación íntima. Como en Cork, el menú está especializado en filetes y marisco de primera calidad y ofrece una extensa carta de bebidas con cocteles, cervezas del nuevo mundo y una amplia carta de vinos. Se pueden servir 20 copas por comensal. Really gorgeous hidden gem in Carlow. Service was amazing. Really good options for veggies. Food was super fresh, generous portions and really well priced. Great wine and drinks menu and soooo well priced. Best evening dining option in Carlow and Kilkenny hands down.

Bramley is always consistent have eaten there a few times the food is always lovely and the service so friendly. There is no rush there is a decent gap between courses and you do not feel they want you out of there to get another cover in. Only thing I would change would be a better selection of zero beers, but it is not a huge place so clearly there are limitations to what they can realistically have. If you are undecided go for it Bramley’s is a little gem.
