We are a high-low, fine-casual concept making simple, seasonal American cuisine inspired by the culinary traditions of Italy, France, & Spain. Expect to see dishes that you are used to seeing at fancy restaurants & some you would typically find at a drive-thru or dive bar. but they all are served on a plate from Goodwill. Our menus are ever-changing, not just by the season but by the day. we embrace change, creativity & inspiration every chance we get.For groups of 2 people, we recommend ordering 4-6 dishes from the three sections of the menu (depending on how hungry you are!). for example - 2 snacks, 1 small share plate, & 1 large share plate.The food is designed to be enjoyed family-style.     Love Skylarks! Generous portions and cooked well. I just wish the plates were a little larger, not the portions, just the plates to accommodate the meal!

    An amazing evening. Ambiance was good…wood burning fireplace next to table. Drinks were generous and tasty. Interesting as well. Service good. Food was Delicious! We will be going back and soon. Really hope no one else discovers this place.

    We’ve been to Roe 5x since they opened. Their food is consistently high quality! The crab and shrimp were absolutely superb. The reuben coquettes were also good although I can see the taste becoming a bit overbearing after a few bites. Squash was much better than expected. The albacore crudo was very fresh and the scallops were also quite good, except I thought the fresno chile hid the flavor of the scallops imho. Bavette, Roe burger, and black cod were tasty and prepared perfectly. Service is always superb. So happy they’re here in Bellingham!!!!!

    We've dined at Estelle several times and the food continues to be excellent. Our 6 person table sampled all of the entrees, two of the salads and two of the sides. Everyone like everything! Cocktails are also excellent and the ambiance is warm and sophisticated. The only reason Estelle doesn't get 5 stars is because I'm a wine lover and their wine list is too limited and not as good as their food.
