Hana Japan Steakhouse specializes in teppanyaki-style recipes. The menu features grilled seafood items as well as options for landlovers. Hana Japan’s menu also serves gluten-free options, vegan fare as well as a kid-friendly dishes.Serving the San Francisco Bay area since 1979, Hana Japan draws a local regular crowd and proudly serve during dinner hours. We opened our first Casa Orozco on March 16th,1984 in Dublin Ca. The founding owners are parents Luis Sr. his wife Herlinda along with their five children Luis Jr., Maricela, Jesus, Carlos and Nancy. Our story began when we wanted to fulfill a lifelong dream of opening our own family business. All we had was each other, a strong family bond, a hard work ethic and Mama’s recipes, which we all loved since childhood. In the beginning we all did our part, Mama, Luis Jr. and Jesus could always be found in the kitchen, Papa was busy washing the dishes, Carlos and Nancy would help as soon as school was let out and Maricela worked the front desk. We worked everyday from 7:00 a.m. until closing. We are so proud of what we have accomplished as a family run business. We welcome you, your friends and your families to stop by and sample our truly unique home-made dishes, salsas and sauces as well as our hand crafted cocktails at one of our two locations.

    Enjoy having lunch here as a retired person watching all the workers enjoying themselves as well. Service is always great as is the food. The menu has expanded considerably but my favorite bowls remain

    Haba Japan delivers a consistent experience. The chef was entertaining. The food was excellent. The chicken was very tender. We enjoyed watching the food being cooked before us. Tables sit 8 but we were seated in a manner that allowed us to converse with the people in our group. Lots of birthdays were being celebrated last night so it was loud. The birthday celebrant received a pineapple dessert. Plenty of parking in the strip center. Not a fancy place but the food and service se excellent. Good value.

    Haven’t lived in this area in about 7 years (came for a visit) and this place never disappoints! The food was amazing as always our waitress Daniella was very sweet. Will definitely go back next time I’m in town
