El chef y copropietario Jonathan Spak, graduado del Culinary Institute of America, crea sus cambiantes menús de temporada para mostrar lo mejor que las granjas locales tienen para ofrecer. Butternut Squash soup starter was really tasty… no milk or heavy cream like most… just an amazing spice blend. Filet was excellent! Cooked perfectly! Bread pudding and decaf coffee also highly recommended. Best restaurant in Bethel ME by far ⭐️⭐️⭐️
