El Public Kitchen & Bar es obra del Domaine Restaurant's del chef Tim Goodell, está situado en el histórico Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel y ofrece un menú de comida estadounidense ecléctica. El salón comedor del hotel, que reinterpreta el viejo estilo de Hollywood, es un espacio impresionante que recuerda a una casa elegante y acogedora. Me gustó mucho el arroz y las gyozas, el sushi normalito. Relación calidad - precio bastante caro. El lugar si me gustó y el ambiente y servicio bien.

Fue todo perfecto, pero habiendo reservado con tanta antelación nos habría gustado no estar al lado de la mesa donde los camareros faenaban con los platos. En cualquier caso, fue espectacular y delicioso, y salimos muy contentos.

Excelente pedimos escargots y una ensalada Nicoise buenísimas después un Halibut inmaculado de postre compartimos Profiteroles también de primera Excelente relación calidad precio
