A 28 ans, Quentin Testart devient le plus jeune Chef Exécutif des Palaces parisiens. L’offre sucrée est quant à elle signée du Chef Pâtissier Maxence Barbot, on peut la savourer en dessert, ou lors des rendez-vous privilégiés du week-end : le tea time des samedis et dimanches, ou l’iconique brunch de la mer le dimanche.
