Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca. On Sundays we serve a Roast almost as good as Mum's. We have limited spaces for Walk-ins, so we encourage booking in advance to avoid disappointment during busy times.     We dined on valentines evening The menu was great the seating was upstairs away from the noisy bar area which was appropriate for valentine diners The the staff always friendly there and service was quick and efficient !! ❤️

    Received personalised service from the team on Sunday , really exceptional . Much appreciated. They went above and beyond to ensure we had our Sunday Roasts . Needless to say we will be back .

    Went in for a family dinner with a friend's family. Worth the money paid. Great food, good portions, polite service, nice ambience and an overall value for money. Must try if you enjoy Kerala cuisine. We travelled 45 miles for this treat and it was worth the effort.

    Really beautiful pub renovated to a sensitive but modern standard, cosy and tasteful interior. Friendly helpful staff, great and well priced menu, fab for families (I visited with my 8 year old). Worth travelling for and we will visit again. Met the high standard we expected from regularly visiting the market halls also operated by this group.
