Carnal focuses on the bold flavors of wood fire and caramelization balanced with acidic, raw, and seasonal elements. We are a passionate group of cooks who do not cut corners and hope that is evident when you try our food. Our signature dish is a bone-in beef rib that is sous-vide before grilling over an open wood fire and finished with rendered bone-marrow. Skagit Cellars La Connor Tasting Room is located in Gilkey Square La Connor, WA. The rustic and charming seaside town is a backdrop for a memorable winery experience.Skagit Cellars is a multi-award-winning, family-owned and operated winery. We started making wine in the garage as a hobby back in 2008, but for Winemaker Mark Hulst, it quickly became a passion. By 2012 Skagit Cellars began commercially producing wine. Within a year our wines began winning awards at local, national, and international wine competitions.We select only the finest grapes from the Chelan and Columbia Valleys and use a natural process during production. Currently, 80% of fruit is sourced from Lake Chelan AVA. The grapes harvested from each vintage should be the focal point of every bottle and as a result, our wine represents the best flavors of each variety from that year. $20 tasting fee waived with bottle purchase.
