The entire wait staff provided fantastic service, ensuring we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our meal. What truly impressed me was their commitment to accommodating food allergies. I have a nut allergy, and the staff took exceptional care to inform me of which dishes were safe. They even prepared my meal with extra precautions to avoid cross-contamination, making me feel completely at ease. The restaurant was amazing. The ambiance was perfect for nice date night. The service was amazing. The added features on the 2nd and 3rd floor of games is fun. The food was very good. We started with calamari which was good then I had the steak and my husband had the lobster seafood sausage stew. I think the steak was good but the calamari and the stew were excellent.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Kanu, to celebrate a good friend’s birthday, and it was an excellent experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting with an upscale decor. The food was beautifully presented, showcasing the chef's exceptional skill and attention to detail, and most importantly- delicious! The service was prompt and courteous taking care to address any questions and making us feel valued as guests. I would like to give special recognition to the chef who provided service that went above and beyond. Based on my notes when making the reservation, he took the time to research the sourcing of certain food to ensure specific dietary needs were considered. It's rare to find such a commitment to guest satisfaction and it truly elevated our dining experience. We are already looking forward to a return visit!

We traveled over five hours from Massachusetts to check out a local college and stayed overnight in Bangor. My nephew loves BWW and it was a great time to relax with him after a long day. The food was perfect and the wait staff was great. Highly recommended
