Harvest Eatery, inspired from organic culinary style, serves farm-to-table cuisines, prepared with their experiential recipes. Garrett Rusty and Kristy Thienes, the husband and wife, co-own the restaurant. Harvest Eatery is a restaurant-cum-cultural space. It makes the dining experience unique in a variety of ways. The Theatre Kitchen offers live cooking show. Guests can watch the chefs preparing their meals from beginning to end in the kitchen. Chef Garrett Rusty Thienes has won the Golden Plate medal for Canadian Olympic Athletes, a fundraiser and cooking competition.
Harvest Eatery prepares all meals from fresh produce, obtained from the local farms. Steak churrasco style is prepared with grilled flat iron steak. The Italian marinade with chimichurri sauce adds special flavors. It is topped with carrot puree, smoky black bean aioli and harvest potato hash. The sandwiches are prepared with wholegrain ingredients. The bar at Harvest Eatery serves wine and libations.
