Churrasco has three centuries of tradition in the vast plains of the southernmost region of Brazil. Gauchos would prepare a feast for their family and friends by slow roasting various cuts of meat from each of their herd over an open flame pit. The service to get a table was fast we only waited 5 minutes even though there was 15 or more people waiting.

We had reservations and were seated as soon as we walked in. Excellent service and attention to detail. Very accommodating to the kiddos. A very nice birthday dinner for my son and his kiddos, me and my husband.

Bidi was a great server. Had a gluten free allergy in our party and everything was handled safely. They were able to get our large party in and out in an hour during lunch. Lunch specials were delicious too.
