Le Saotico offers a tasty and french cuisine. Market cuisine adapted to the rhythm of the seasons, daily deliveries of high-quality, rigorously selected produce: exclusively French meats, fish from small boats (Dôme fishmonger), and constantly fresh fruit and vegetables. The philosophy of chef Hugues Gournay and his brigade is to whet the appetite, blending flavours and textures without mixing them.
