The Michelin Starred, Fordwich Arms, located in the smallest town in England, dates as far back as 1828. The seasonal menus focus on provenance, showcasing the best of local Kentish ingredients, sourced directly from local farms and producers. Took my husband for his birthday, was given a nice booth table so didn't feel too squashed in. Had a lovely welcome on arrival and everything explained as we'd never been before. The food was really quick and was so good. We got the shareboard for 2 and there was plenty there, we took food home!

Amazing food and amazing service. Our server was just lovely and thoroughly explain the menu. The atmosphere was beautiful and elegant. It was a wonderful experience.

A lovely way to spend Christmas Eve,the service was warm,friendly and very attentive,the food excellent.We had a fantastic evening and look forward to our next visit.

The most amazing service nothing was too much trouble, from sampling 3 types of wine as I wasn’t sure what I liked to the knowledge or flavour on the menu! I don’t remember the servers name but we can’t thanks her enough, her service was impeccable!

Excellent food and service and very friendly atmosphere. We ate there 4 out of 5 days during our stay in Kent and had something different from the menu every day. It was all delicious. The kitchen is 100% gluten free.
