Mignonette es un bar de ostras de Miami dirigido por los chefs Daniel Serfer y Ryan Roman. Dispone de una gran selección de ostras, mariscos y verduras. Daniel Serfer, originario de Miami, abrió su 1er restaurante, Blue Collar, en enero de 2012. Blue Collar, frecuentado por habitantes y visitantes, ofrece platillos estadounidenses en un ambiente informal junto a un prostíbulo. Basándose en el éxito de Blue Collar, Mignonette se ubica en un entorno accesible y divertido donde los clientes pueden disfrutar de una docena de ostras, una botella de champán, los platillos clásicos de marisco como ostras Rockefeller y almejas Casino y una elegante torre de marisco.
