Ok, we do chicken, but our chicken is famous!Our local free-to-roam chicken is marinated for 24 hours in lemon, buttermilk, and paprika. It was my wife’s birthday and the staff produced a cake with a candle which was much appreciated. The meal was excellent and we always love the great hall.
