The Red Lion Inn fue inaugurado en 1773 y goza de una excelente reputación por su soberbia comida y su genuina hospitalidad rural. Estas tradiciones las mantiene a día de hoy el jefe de cocina Brian J. Alberg, cuya gastronomía contemporánea hunde sus raíces en la historia y la cosecha de la región. El chef Alberg se centra en productos frescos locales y apoya decididamente a los productores de la región. Para ello actualiza con regularidad los menús del Inn con los frutos de cada temporada. Podrá elegir el salón principal, la acogedora Widow Bingham's Tavern, el pub informal Lion's Den o, en los meses de verano, el patio lleno de flores.
