Centro 336 is a farm to fork Italian restaurant located in Hampton Bays, New York. Serving dinner daily, all of our menu items are made in house using many of the East End’s local, in season produce. Jedediah Hawkins is a special place -- great old building and a fabulous restaurant within. Everything is excellent !! Please try it out -- you will not be disappointed. Coming from a distance? -- spend the night for an extra special visit.
