As good things do happen, with the assistance of the new partner, Jay Patel, he found the perfect location on Grand Boulevard in downtown New Port Richey. It is a larger restaurant accommodating over 150 guests, with a Sushi Bar and a sociable, full liquor cocktail bar. First time at Cooper’s Hawk and everything was great. Wonderful and attentive server. Rave reviews for the Classic Tomato Bruschetta but not so much for the Thai Lettuce Wraps as the lettuce didn’t hold and the wraps quickly fell apart. Messy appetizer yet the flavor was excellent. Entrees were great and looking forward to going back.

Our server, who was also the bartender had very little personality. She seemed like she was off in another world and really didn't want to be there. The food was excellent the drinks were overpriced. I'd go again

All of the food was great with the exception of snow crab. They would not come out of the shell..and I am an expert at getting them out.The shells were not crisp..kind of flexible and would not crack..just collapsed, and the meat came out in strands. I did not say anything as we were with good friends and did not want to ruin the meal experience for everyone else. This is the 1st time the crab legs have not been excellent at Red Lobster...so I would definitely go there again.
