Mittlerweile gibt es eine Vielzahl an Cocktailbars. Und doch unterscheidet sich die Caipi-Colada Bar deutlich von seinen Mitbewerbern! Es beginnt schon mit dem täglich frisch aufgeschnittenen Obst und der großen Anzahl an frischen Pürees, die die zuckersüßen Sirupe ersetzen, welche in vielen Bars verwendet werden. Billig-Spirituosen sind natürlich auch "out". Viele Liköre, Sirupe und Säfte stellen wir selber her. Unsere Devise ist: Nur aus super Zutaten kann man auch super Cocktails zubereiten. Nicht umsonst gibt es uns seit 33 Jahren!!!Aufgrund der Größe der Bar ist es uns (zum Glück) nicht möglich in Massenabfertigung zu verfallen. Selbst am Wochenende wird man noch individuell und nicht als irgendeine Nummer behandelt. Wir überzeugen lieber mit unserer persönlichen und gemütlichen Atmosphäre auf hohem Niveau.
