Tomatina is designed to appeal to as many people as possible, which is why they carry a vegetarian, gluten-free and children's menu in addition to their regular ones. Each month, Tomatina offers seasonal specials in addition to the normal menu. These offerings have included a chicken apple salad, roasted cauliflower pizza and even a proscuitto and fig piadine. Un trabocco es un muelle de pesca único que se encuentra en Abruzzo, sobre la costa Adriática. El arquitecto y diseñador Lev Weisbach del estudio Weisbach Architecture|Design se inspiró en los hermosos trabocchi (muelles) de Abruzzo cuando creó su espectacular diseño. El restaurante Trabocco cuenta con techos de madera reciclada, una chimenea espectacular recubierta de cobre y un bar moderno, lo que le da un ambiente cálido y acogedor y a la vez moderno y sorprendente.
