The Club Tavern and Grill was originally The Grantree Restaurant when three men from Conrad, Montana purchased it in 1985. The Felska’s and the Solvie’s came to Bozeman motivated by the prospect of building or buying a Conference Center.They discovered that the Ramada Inn, (hotel, restaurant, and conference center) was in bankruptcy so they purchased the business. Once a dark 70’s style bar and casual dining restaurant, it also featured a fine dining area.In 1999, The Grantree Restaurant was revised and remodeled to give it a more casual Montana feel.In 2008, the Partners decided to change the name and again do a remodel with more of an upscale sport’s bar style hence creating what today is The Club Tavern and Grill, Bozeman’s Upscale Sport’s Bar with 20 TVs, a Casino, Full Bar, and Sports packages.     I had the special "Pork and Beans" This was not Grandma's pork and beans. It was an upscale pork and beans with tremendous depth of flavor, and it had a mini cornbread loaf on the side. As always, a fantastic surprise dish that was perfect on a snowy winter's evening. I love this restaurant and eat here every time I am in Bozeman.

    Open Range is very good. The service is outstanding and we had a wonderful Server. Steak was perfectly cooked and all sides were really good. I highly recommend this place if you want a high quality upscale meal (not over the top) in a great setting. The drinks are real good. Book this dinner and go! It will not disappoint.
