CK’s our family owned business believes our business should be part of the solution and not part of the problem. We serve globally inspired food with an emphasis on seasonal and local ingredients. We recycle everything we can: metals, glass, paper and cardboard. Our used cooking oil goes to the local science teacher for his bio-fuel car. The vegetable scraps become compost for our garden. 15% of our energy is produced by our rooftop solar panels and solar hot water is on the way soon. Many of us commute to work on foot or by bike. Our food comes from several local farms and ranches and we purify our drinking water. Our goal is fresh healthy food that will feed your body and your soul.

Join us at 7,700 feet, mid-way up Bald Mountain, for a spectacular and unique dining experience. With unrivalled views of the Pioneer and Boulder Mountains and accessible only by gondola, the Roundhouse Restaurant has been serving up memorable meals, soul-warming drinks, and stunning views since 1939. Whether you are joining us for a relaxing lunch by the fire or our signature 4-course prix fixe dinner, Roundhouse offers the authentic charm of historic Sun Valley with a spectacular on-mountain dining experience. Reservations are recommended for lunch and required for dinner. Peak holiday dinner reservations from Dec. 20th-Jan. 4th require pre-payment and can be made by calling the Guest Center at (208) 622-2800. Dinner reservations include gondola access, while lunch reservations require the purchase of a lift ticket or foot traffic pass. Purchase day of at the ticket window or in advance by visiting www.sunvalley.com/tickets-passes.

Sun Valley’s original restaurant, The Ram has been warming and welcoming diners since 1937. This rustic-yet-elegant dinner house has been recently modernized, while still preserving its historic charm. Pianist Larry Harshbarger brings a classic ambiance to the room with gentle melodies played on our resident baby grand piano. Travel back in time with the nightly “Heritage Menu”—a series of historic dishes such as pork tenderloin schnitzel, Hungarian goulash, and the famous Ram fondue—resurrected from the restaurant’s long and storied culinary tradition. A credit card is required to hold your reservation. Should your plans change, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Possibly Sun Valley's most popular lunch spot. The Sun Valley Club is open for guests and the public for both indoor and outdoor seating. Outside, our wraparound terrace features stunning views of Bald Mountain, Dollar Mountain, and the Trail Creek Golf Course, creating a one-of-a-kind al fresco dining experience in the summer. Trail Creek Cabin is closed for the winter season and will re-open in December of 2024.     We celebrated our anniversary at Tundra recently. It exceeded our expectations in all categories. It was quiet so we could talk and enjoy the conversation. The service was delightful and attentive. The food was beyond excellent both in presentation and taste. We loved it! Also, our children surprised us with a wonderful bottle of cabernet. Thank you Tundra for making our special night memorable on all fronts!

    We loved this place. The atmosphere was perfect and relaxed. The service and friendliness of the staff was awesome and they were very helpful and efficient. The food was beyond good and the Coconut Sorbet was killer. We had a fabulous dinner and a wonderful time. We live in the area and have every intention of returning many more times. This was a 5 star experience!!!!

    Dinner was fabulous. All the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The piano in the restaurant added to the ambiance, and the jazz festival in the bar added to the fun. Loved it

    Usually RH is only about the view and people watching, but this time even the food was excellent! One of our best dining experiences in SV to date!
