We always look forward to eating here! Does not ever disappoint.

Food good. Had Rib Cap - delicious and tender. They only serve a couple a night. Music from bar was a nice addition. We were seated at a table close enough to see but far enough that it was pleasant background music. Wine selection was very good and the service was good.

Another lovely date night at Safire! Best Prime Rib around and very attentive service!

Pleasantly surprised how good the food was. We went for brunch. The steak and egg’s were excellent, good flavor and cooked perfectly. The prime rib egg’s Benedict was fantastic! Breakfast potatoes were also very good. They had gluten free bread which was nice for me.
