I believe a restaurant should be rated on the professionalism of the service, the quality of the food, and the ambiance. No one should review a restaurant based on the prices. Prices you know before you make the reservation. Who does that! My wife and I enjoyed a Valentine's weekend dinner menu at Prime. Every bite of our food was spectacular. The Maryland lump crab cakes were maybe the best I've had. An 18-oz ribeye was prepared to a perfect medium rare plus in the restaurant's 1600 degree oven. Such a beautiful char! I wish I could do this at home, but I'm sure I'd burn down our home. The service was polite and discrete. At one point, I was taking my evening pills and dropped one. Very quickly, a server quietly volunteered to pick up the pill if I wanted. The ambiance is warm and a nice romantic setting. Nice to have a steakhouse of this quality in the northern suburbs. We are returning! 😀

We could not have asked for a more wonderful early Valentine’s dinner at Buona Sera! The Italian Egg rolls (Appetizer special) was scrumptious!! Our entrees were magnificent- even better than I had imagine they would be! Everyone who worked there was friendly and attentive to our every need. I highly recommend Buona Sera!

We received a gift card for Christmas and saved it for our anniversary dinner. Everything about the experience was exceptional. The staff was welcoming and gracious and our server, Henry, was an absolute joy. We each had a cocktail and shared the nachos for an appetizer. I'm not normally one to gush over nachos but OH! were they delicious. I'd eat those 100 times. I had the salmon, which was perfectly cooked; my husband had the sturgeon which was also perfect. We ended the dinner with a surprise dessert in honor of our anniversary. All in all, it was pricey but worth it for a special occasion. We'll definitely go back.

My daughter and I had a great time, we had fabulous service. Hayden helped us get set up and right there when we needed him for help! I would recommend this place to everyone looking to have fun night of ball with family or friends!!
