Tucked down a laneway, housed in an industrial building, you'll find our quirky pizzeria. Our vibe is super casual and we love to see our customers sharing pizzas, beers and enjoying life. Our space is ideal for large groups, but also for families and couples. Were all about the pizza! Pizza Napoletana is authentic pizza from Naples, and we make it according to the generations-old technique....with just a little of our own twists here and there. Our dough is made in-house and fermented for a minimum of 24hrs to create a tasty and light base - minimal yeast so no bloating here. Then its hand-stretched, topped with quality ingredients imported from Italy AND sourced locally, and cooked at a fiery 400 degrees.We do other stuff as well - starters, sharers, salads, homemade desserts, and gelato. Plus cocktails, imported and locally brewed beers, and some carefully selected wines from independent wineries.

We could only stay in our original digs for so long. To keep pace with the ever-growing demand for the freshest beer possible, brewed on-site, we've taken the leap once more with our new venue in Buderim. This is now our home for all beer and beers-ness, and we couldn't be prouder of the space we've created. It's a place that falls somewhere between a brewpub, a production brewery, an American BBQ restaurant, a function venue, and a local's hangout.     Beautiful place, well set out. My partner and I have been there for lunch and dinner multiple times and everytime the staff are attentive and polite. The food is exceptional. If you can eat a big steak you must try the taste of the 500g rump it is one of the best on the coast. Beers are always nice and cold. Very well done Bli Bli.

    From the moment we walked in the door to be greeted and taken to our seats to the moment we walked out not only was there was absolutely nothing we could fault but plenty we could praise about Sopra Cucina and bar. The staff, the food, the ambience were all amazing , we can’t wait to go back again !! Thank you for making our dining experience so amazing.
