A TASTE OF TRADITIONThe original Carmella's Cafe, located in New Hartford, New York, opened in 1985. Our goal was to provide our guests with the warmth, charm and quality of a local "Mom & Pop" restaurant with the consistency and controls of a well managed chain. Homemade soups, sauces, pasta, bread served by warm friendly, caring servers was the essence of our business. Our people have to demonstrate an "I care about you" attitude in order to work at Carmella's. We never intended it to be a fancy place... just a place where people of all ages could find good food value and fun in a casual, friendly surrounding!     It was our first time at Ocean Blue and it did not disappoint. Very gourmet menu selection, the staff are very nice and welcoming. The place is upscale, but also kid-friendly with a great children’s menu. My son however, ordered from the adult menu and said the Faroe island salmon is the best thing he’s ever had! I have to agree with him!

    Went with a group of 9. Some things were cold (mashed potatoes, appetizer meatballs)… but everything was very tasty. Our waiter seemed a little rushed/busy, but still provided excellent service. We appreciated the small, private room for our larger group.

    Thank you for another wonderful dining experience at Tughill Winery. The ambiance, the entries, and the welcoming staff never disappoint. When in the area we always book a reservation as it is our favorite restaurant and the wine is superb. We look forward to returning.
