Second time visiting and this time for my wife’s birthday. The food was amazing, the waitress was very friendly and pleasant. Will be back soon.

Amazing brunch on Sunday before the game. Our food was delicious, our server, Ashton, provided really positive energy throughout our encounter. Ashton was an awesome resource for meal suggestions. It was our first time at Lago, but I cannot wait for my second ❤️💯👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

The wedding soup and Caesar salad were good, as was our server, but all other aspects of our visit were questionable.

Ambiance and design are perfect. Food is mediocre at best. I’d only come back to sit at the bar. Whoever the head chef is there- shouldn’t be. The place was a real let down.

Overall great experience, menu variety and quality was top tier . Presentation of food was outstanding but taste was a killer bland had to use salt and pepper..we were there along side I big party so our wait time on food was longer then expected but management was very nice about the matter and acknowledged this on there own and accommodated us with free dessert.. other then that service was great and the ambiance was 10/10

There are no bottomless mimosas on Browns game day? Why? Which is one of the reasons we go there. That should be posted some where which it isn’t. It was very disappointing and ruined our game day experience.

Hi Chris, Unfortunately, as evidenced by the tailgate being shut down, Browns home game day crowds can get a little rowdy. With this being the case, we do our best to mitigate bad behavior by not offering our bottomless mimosas on these days. I know when we discussed during your visit the server forgot to mention this, and again, I apologize. -BJ
