The food was expensive and overall the food was ok, but had a lot of spice. The service was terrible. We were a large group and they actually ran out of teabags. We waited a good 30 mins once all our party had arrived for the waiter to greet us and take our order. We were showed how to pay our bill, and had to ask for dessert. I definitely would not recommend this restaurant.

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a very long time. Reserved a table, arrived and we were sat 45 mins after our time. It wasn’t terribly busy. The food was so bad. No seasoning on anything. A little salt goes a long way. There was none on the table either. The steak tasted like a wet dog smells. The waiter was kind and friendly but really wasn’t attentive. If everyone at the table had full plates of food and a $200 plus bill, he should have asked if we had an issue with our food. We had been there way too long. I really couldn’t believe how bad the food was. It was terrible

Waited here over an hour for reserved table. Ordered food and 45 minutes later the waitress came back and stated the food we ordered was no longer available.

Went on Valentine’s Day and they dishonored our reservation. While waiting met another who had been seated for 45 minutes and received only a coke. Kitchen was out of half their food working on a limited menu. Asked waiter if there was any chance it would go smoothly and he said no. Kona was running a clown show last night and owners should be embarrassed. Staff was rude and frustrated. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. We were so happy we left.

Horrible. Had to wait for over 30 minutes past our reservation time outside in the cold. We were given a tiny round cocktail table for two of us to have dinner. Waiter took over an hour to get us food. Wife had to order three times, because the first two times they came back and said they were out. Her dish was supposed to be done without the spicy sauce and they just made it super spicy. Never going back.

Server ignored me completely and only took my dates drink order, I had to yell for him to get my drink order. He proceeded to take 30 minutes to bring waters that he put down at two other tables. Waited an hour and a half for somebody else’s waters. Very poor management on the reservations, res at 8 didn’t get sat til 9. This was by far the worst restaurant I have been to. This place was acting like a chilis or a low budget restaurant. Never coming back.

Had a 6:30 Res and got seated at 7:15. Checking in was mass chaos. It was obvious they overbooked by 50%. Music was too loud. Kitchen was very slow. I paid 200+ for a horrible experience. I left at 9:30 and 50 people were still waiting to get in. I had to park .5 mile away. No parking left at 6 and I thought I was early.

It’s Valentine’s Day, and you would think they would be prepared. They had everyone with reservations in line OUTSIDE in the cold and then The food was cold and terrible.

Awful dining experience at this restaurant. We ordered our food and waited for TWO HOURS without ever receiving it. The staff kept telling us it would be out in 10 minutes, but it was a lie. In the end, they offered us a free dessert as an "apology", but it was too little, too late. We left without dinner and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The lack of organization and communication is unacceptable.

The restaurant was not prepared for the reservations. One person checking in. A bunch of people waiting to speak with one check in person. Waited for about 10 minutes. We asked multiple times for salt that never was delivered. Long wait for food. My wife ordered Asian salad with grilled shrimp that came out with chicken. The replacement order was 15+ minutes. I finished my meal before her salad returned. My bill had an extra beer on it that I didn’t not order and didn’t not come to the table. Real fun date night.
