El Joseph Decuis está situado en Roanoke, una comunidad rural llena de encanto e historia del noreste de Indiana (a 15 minutos de Ft. Wayne, 1,5 horas al norte de Indianápolis y 3 horas al este de Chicago), y es el sitio ideal para probar comida elaborada con ingredientes de proximidad y disfrutar de una experiencia gourmet inolvidable. El menú consta de platillos de temporada preparados con ingredientes provenientes de la granja del establecimiento y otras afines, y elaborados de manera creativa y artística por los chefs. La parte principal del restaurante se encuentra en el edificio de un antiguo banco (las cámaras acorazadas son ahora bodegas) en el que los comensales sienten como si hubieran retrocedido en el tiempo y se encontrasen en una época en la que se apreciaba más pasar tiempo alrededor de una mesa. Además, disfrutarán de platillos de alta calidad en un entorno tranquilo y confortable con una excelente hospitalidad.

Overall I like Joseph Decuis. I feel like the main entree food is over priced. The rest of the meal is not over priced. We had the three different versions of the Wagyu beef tonight and although the menu stated they ranged in price from $75-$95 er were charged $95 for every one. That in my opinion is just wrong. The appetizer and sides were great. The wine was great. Desert also good. So one small discrepancy was the only issue.

The atmosphere and service were exceptionally good. The food portions were very small, though. Hard to justify the price, even for wagyu steak, when the portion size is 5 oz. Eddie Merlots has a wagyu ribeye that is a full size ribeye for just a little more

Great food and very personal atmosphere. This is the 3rd year in a row we have spent our anniversary here and we love it.

Everything we had was high quality and delicious. The drinks were great. I recommend the pork chop. The beef cheeks had good flavor but could be more melt in your mouth. The servers were all very attentive and friendly.

Parisian Christmas lunch! Best ever French Onion Soup, Wagyu Bourguignon and Choux au Craquelin- no question. Worst ever Ratatouille- not sure what intent there was with barely cooked/slightly warm eggplant, zucchini and tomato thinly sliced with a heavenly tomato sauce and finely grated cheese- that we have ever had. However, the teamwork and friendliness of the staff, impromptu Christmas caroling by a local student choir, and helpfulness of the bartender combines with the 3 amazing other dishes overruled our disappointing Ratatouille.

What an incredible evening here. I made the reservation for a celebration and was able to coordinate a toast upon arrival. The food was very good and Rochelle was wonderful to help navigate the wine list and dinner. She even showed us around the restaurant which was very interesting and appreciated. Thank you!

Our food was wonderful. I had a specialty drink and it was nice too. The place was very quiet for a Saturday evening. Our waitress was very kind, but very uncertain about the menu.

Joseph Decuis was outstanding! The service was superb, the ambiance was lovely in the bank vault room, and the wagyu ribeyes were so delectable - melt-in-your-mouth steak and the flavor was outstanding! Absolutely will be coming back again, 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
