    Ring in the New Year with us at Jackson’s Steakhouse on Sunday, December 31st. We will be open for dinner service with three seatings: 5:00p.m., 7:00p.m. and 9:00p.m. Please note, reservations for 5:00p.m. and 7:00p.m. will be two-hour seatings. In addiction to our standard dinner menu, Chef Irv Miller will have a special New Year’s Eve feature available.

    In celebration of the holidays, Jackson’s presents 3 special holiday events: “Deck the Halls,” on Saturday December 7, 14 and 21. Jackson’s has teamed up with the Pensacola Opera to present an event filled with holiday cheer featuring costumed carolers strolling from table to table singing all of the traditional carols. The quartet for the evening will include Tina Wang, Suzette Leger, Joseph Decker, and Greg Watson. The Pensacola Opera singers will serenade patrons with all the holiday favorites. Each Saturday there will be 2 seatings for this event; 10:30am and 1:00pm. In addition to our full lunch menu, Chef Miller will offer a special feature to celebrate the occasion.

    Jackson’s never disappoints! The food is always top notch, service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is wonderful. Sara was our server and she was delightful! So sweet, helpful, and spot on with our service. Thank you for a wonderful Thanksgiving!

    What a wonderful Thanksgiving at Jackson’s! This was a different holiday lunch for us, as we always cook a traditional meal at home, but Jackson’s did not disappoint! Everything was delicious with a bit of an upscale flair. I especially loved the dressing with andouille sausage and the cranberry chutney. Thank you, Jackson’s, for making this non traditional Thanksgiving special! Our server was very good, but I forgot her name. It started with an L, maybe Lauren?? I specifically asked her and then forgot! Sorry!

    Every year we make it a family tradition to go to Jackson's for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner. This year the Thanksgiving meal was disappointing. The dressing was extremely dry (very crumbly), the green beans were bland (almost tasteless) as none of us had any taste of butter or garlic on them, the butternut squash had to be picked out as it was completely buried underneath the pear/cranberry relish and the gravy was essentially non-existent. What happened??? The portion size was great and the turkey tender. Overall, the food was not what we were used to from Jackson's. The cost was $253.00 for 3 adults. For that price, we should have gotten a better meal. The waiter did a great job keeping our glasses filled and delivering all of our courses in a timely manner. The restaurant was full of patrons. The waiters were hopping from table to table. They seemed more rushed than in the past. I don't know if it was because it was so packed. My one complaint about our waiter was I asked for a to go box as I basically did not touch my meal. When I went to pick up the bag with the plastic container in it, both my husband and I looked down into the bag and noticed the meal was completely "mushed" all together. It was obvious he scraped the food off the plate and dumped it into a plastic container. I should have said something before I left but I did not as it was so busy and everyone was rushing around. Once home, I picked out the turkey and threw the rest of the food away. What a waste...especially for the money we spent. I'm now rethinking Christmas dinner at Jackson's. So disappointed!

    Jackson's remains our favorite restaurant in Pensacola especially for special occasions. The food is always excellent and the service is very competent.

    The traditional Thanksgiving meal was excellent. The pecan cheesecake dessert was the only disappointment but all and all it was excellent.
