   Our dining experience was excellent but our waitress was exceptional and made our evening something to remember. Our meals were incredible and worth every penny. I can't recommend this place enough. 15 out of 10.

   Went for lunch today with my girlfriends for birthday celebration. Had an amazing table facing the waterfall. Food was delicious, we really like celery root soup , salad with chickpeas and steak . For dessert I would highly recommend Peanut butter cream Brule , cheesecake was also delicious . We were lucky to get Vanessa as a waitress , thank you very much for your exceptional service .

   My wife and myself had a wonderful dining experience. The food was magnificent service was excellent. The staff really go out of their way to make it a wonderful experience. Our waitress and support staff explained every dish in detail as they arrived at our table. Pricing is what you would think it would be for food and service on this level. Highly recommend for anyone that wants to spoil themselves or celebrate a special occasion.

   It is always a safe bet for a special evening out. Not the cheapest place, but always worth every penny and then some.

   Fantastic experience, great food, better service. Lisa took great care of us the whole evening! She provided wonderful personable service.

   My dinner experience started unbelievably uncomfortable and weird thanks to our waitress Lisa. I understand needing to ID a customer if they’re purchasing an alcoholic drink but she took this to the next level. I’ve visited this spa 5 times in the past and I have never been ID’d to have a drink including all day before dinner. An overlook perhaps? Anyways at dinner boyfriend(29) and I(25) were forced two separate times to go back to our room to retrieve our ID to be served. (Mind you have to be 19+ to even have a room at this place.) she made me sit uncomfortably and wait for him to run back and forth while she treated every other patron with respect and never asked them for ID. She never checked on me in the 15mins I was waiting and when my boyfriend came back to say hey I have the IDs she already had our drinks made??? What sense does that make. We asked for a different waitress considering she was standoffish and we paid for a nice experience…. We were then greeted with the (very lovely) manager trying to explain to us the law… AGAIN… WE GOT IT. Maybe keep it consistent with all your guests. Anyways another new server comes out and makes a joke that we needed big kid knives. What a way to diminish our experience. Like thank you yes I am 25 and thank you for thinking I’m younger but come on now. Lisa continued to serve the table next to us in almost a performative way. We saw the way she acted before and it was overcompensated. We would have liked an apology from her Atleast. The only thing that made up this experience was the manager she was so lovely and I wish I got her name. HIRE MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER PLEASE.

    Trish helped us have a flawless dining experience. She was well versed with the menu, helped navigate drinks and desserts very well and answered all questions with ease. She is very personable and Millcroft is lucky to have her. The good was exceptional. Lots of great flavour, texture and colour, compliments to the chefs…outstanding.
