When we arrived, we were seated at a table that had food on the floor and a toy car. I requested that it be cleaned, and it was promptly taken care of. We weren't offered a different table, but when I asked, we were moved to another one. I also inquired about coat check, and the server simply pointed to a rack near the front, implying we should handle it ourselves, which we did. At the new table, we had a different server. We placed our orders for starters and mains. The starter, which was the calamari my friend ordered, was brought to the table. Unfortunately, the waiter carelessly placed it down, causing a piece to fly off the plate. He did nothing about it and just walked away. When the mains arrived, we were still eating our starters. The server seemed confused when we asked if they could keep the mains warm while we finished. We had large mains, but we were still working on the soup and calamari. The waiter didn't check if we were finished or if we were ready for our plates to be cleared before bringing the mains. Overall, the service was disappointing, and I wouldn't return.

Rachel was our server, she forgot our wine order, forgot how we wanted our appetizer, which was with our main course. She never came over to ask how our meals were. Forgot our coffee/cappuccino. We needed to keep remaindering her . She kept apologized each steps but never recovered. The restaurant was not busy at all on a Sunday evening. I had good experience there before, but will never go back there again.

Our server Ivan was amazing. He was personable warm attentive and very thorough. Our greeting by the hostess was friendly and cheerful. The food was flavourful and hot A wonderful experience
