Halyards, ubicado en St. Simons, lleva 16 prósperos años redefiniendo la gastronomía isleña. El restaurante es un punto de encuentro popular entre la gente de la localidad y visitantes de la costa, que acuden para degustar el atún a la brasa con reducción de vino de cereza y el filete de lomo estilo Nueva York con mantequilla de lima y soja. También cabe destacar el bisque de cangrejo azul o los especiales de cada noche, entre los que se incluyen una variedad de platillos. El bar ofrece happy hour todas las noches, dispone de todo tipo de bebidas y tiene asientos para 20 personas que se asignan por orden de llegada. Very good food, excellent menu selection. Atmosphere was good, service was above average. They got a bit busy with a large table that took away from their attentiveness, but overall acceptable. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone.
