   The Globe and the Fairmont are always our go to spot the night before we leave Vancouver. Just amazing food and service. We did the pre-fixe 3 course menu. It was outstanding- the crab bisque soup was incredible as was the beet salad. The steelhead was incredible and of course the chocolate dessert ending was perfect. Oxana and Logan took great care of us. Thank you to the chefs and the team for always bringing it!! We come twice a year - March and October. We will see you all again in October!

   Service was great. Very attentive. We dined at breakfast and enjoyed the eggs Benny with candied salmon - the salmon is what pulled me in. I had to go looking for it because it was just the dusting garnish on top. I anticipated there to be more than that, but the dish was still tasty. We were meeting friends on a layover in Van and we were not aware that validated parking was available to us and fortunately, we discovered it before we left. That saved us a big parking expense.

   Great service and a really cool atmosphere being able to watch the planes land and take off. Wish there was a bit more selection on the menu but overall the food is great.

   If we were at white spot it would have been a perfectly acceptable experience. For a Fairmont, this restaurant does not meet the typical standards.
