    Always enjoy visiting the gardens & having lunch or dinner at your fine restaurant. Next year we will make dinner reservations & stay for holidays lights. Your food is always delicious & fresh. Farm to table is what we enjoy. Our waiter Josh was great. Will ask for him again. Thank you.

    Naomi was great. She knew the menu inside and out. I have many food allergies and she made sure my food was just right. She is good at upselling and her recommendations were excellent. Of course the food was great as always. I will request Naomi every time we dine with you. You guys are blessed to have her. Trust me I know I’m a 49 year hospitality veteran and I know great service when I see and receive it. Facility was clean and well maintained. My hat’s off to you all. Happy Holidays.

    Today, I treated my best friend to brunch for her birthday. It was her first time and my second time dining at Gertrude’s and it was nothing short of amazing. Truly a perfect Sunday from the weather to food and service. Our server was Catherine and she was absolutely wonderful and delightful. The two other staff members that we interacted with were kind as well. Thanks Olivia and Anita for your patience and assistance. I can’t wait to return!

    There were a few large groups. Our party of two was forgotten - it took a while to get service and far too long for our food. Our drinks also very slow with reminders required.

    Gertrude’s is our go to for birthdays and special events and our dinner did not disappoint. Our server, Fred, was delightful and did an outstanding job of walking us through the menu, keeping the beverages coming and making sure everyone was happy. The braised boar and the steak preparation were a big hits but the absolute star was the cauliflower appetizer. Yes, that is right, cauliflower. Even if you are not a cauliflower fan you do not want to miss this! As always, even when very busy (and it was), Gertrude’s atmosphere and sound levels were perfect…festive but you could still have a conversation. A great place to celebrate!

    What a night! We opted to celebrate our 50th anniversary at the gardens eating at Gertrude’s and then enjoying the luminaries. Gertrude’s never disappoints. Their food is delicious, stunningly presented, and offer some unique dishes you can’t find at other places. The fresh ingredients shine through. The service was lovely and we even received a thoughtful card and complimentary dessert. Super special. We sat outside as we requested because there are plenty of heaters and our table would have had to be their best because of the surrounding garden plants. Delightful.

    Our first time. . . We sat at the bar and had a great experience with our server, Lily! We ordered the cauliflower appetizer. It was delicious and a huge portion. Ended up ordering a steak side to go along with it, perfectly cooked. Skipped dessert bc we were so full. We will definitely be back!
