Anclado en el movido centro de Saratoga, Forno Bistro es un restaurante familiar que ofrece una variedad de rústica comida toscana, enraizada en la tradición. We always have an enjoyable experience at Forno, as the service, food, and ambiance are consistently outstanding. Michael is an excellent and attentive server, with a delightful sense of humor. Forno Bistro never disappoints.

We usually sit at the bar, at Forno Bistro, and always enjoy that. However, this time we decided that we wanted to make reservations and sit in the dining room. Our server, Asha (I believe that is her name) was excellent, very personable and attentive. The food was outstanding, with a good variety of options. And the wine list offers a nice variety. We had an excellent Chianti Classico to go with dinner. Highly recommend.

The atmosphere was loud but expected. Our entrées came rather quickly, and the presentation was nice, but the food itself tasted and appeared to almost have come out of a package and then heat it up. It was slightly disappointing.
