We ordered Chilean Sea Bass, a Fillet mignon, Brussel sprouts and house salad. Steak cooked perfectly but could have used some drippings and the sea bass was was well presented and delicious as were the salad and brussell sprouts.

Food - a shared salad, filet mignons, mashed potatoes, and asparagus were all delicious. Service, however, was off. A cocktail order and the aforementioned asparagus were both forgotten. Once server was reminded, both arrived, but late. To his & restaurant’s credit, both were made complementary with apologies. The lapses were disappointing but they made it right. Crazy loud. We were seated maybe 12 feet away from kitchen & heard orders being shouted out, staff joking around, constant noise of tableware being rattled. This was a Saturday over Valentine’s weekend so it was busy, but it was still surprisingly noisy for a high-end steakhouse.

The dry-aged ribeye was really good but wasn’t the best I’ve had. For the price point i like the Steaks better at other comparably priced restaurants. The service was awesome. Nate was our server and he was wonderful.

We had a wonderful experience at Flemings where we were celebrating my son’s graduation from the state police academy. When we sat down at our table there was a card from the restaurant which was very kind. Things were amazing from there. David was excellent in explaining the specials and going over the menu. Our table got 4 sides to split and each of us had either the ribeye or the filet. All were cooked and to perfection. Enjoyed our dinner and will definitely consider Flemings for a future dinner.
