I’M TERRIBLE WITH NAMES, BUT ALYSSA WAS FANTASTIC!!!! SHE WAS WARM, INVITING AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. MY WIFE AND I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE, AND ARE ALREADY PLANNING OUR NEXT OUTING….

We decided on Flemings after receiving a multi spot gift card for Christmas. Menu had multiple items that we enjoy on a fancy dinner out. They offered a Valentine Menu, we did the normal menu instead. We stayed for 2.5hrs, and savored a slow paced meal. Started with Prosciutto Burrata and a bowl of French Onion Soup. Our entrees of the Main Filet and a Ribeye were cooked perfectly to a mid rare and mid well, we paired with truffle garlic mashed potatoes and brussels. The best part of the dinner however was our dessert- the Chocolate Lava Cake is made from scratch and takes 35mins to cook, this gave us plenty of time to digest and make room. We did order a bottle of wine as well as several cocktails. The Expresso Martini hit the spot and was tasty. Our Waitress Savanna was super nice, very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a great place to have an intimate meal and experience.

Our server Christopher was amazing. He was informative, helpful, and cordial. There were 3 of us in our party we all had different cuts of steak and all 3 of us noticed the steaks didn't arrive as hot as we were expecting. The taste was good and they were all cooked well. Just a lower temperature than we were expecting.

We have been a bunch and this time wasn’t as great as it’s been in the past so it was a little bit of a let down. It took awhile which was the biggest thing, we were there for over 2 hours for a family of 6. It used to be the best steakhouse in Charlotte and could be again with a few tweaks on timing and the special touches they used to do like truffles for birthday would have been nice. Overall I would still recommend it but maybe not on the weekends because you might be waiting awhile.
