Fleet Landing Restaurant & Bar es el mejor restaurante a la orilla del mar en Charleston, y se especializa en pescados y mariscos locales producidos de manera sostenible.     Preferred parking is in the flat lot to the left of our building, located in front of the Cruise Terminal at 196 Concord Street, and parking is $5 for guests dining at Fleet Landing (credit card only). The lot is accessible via the sidewalk and our boardwalk. Parking is also available in the city garage across the street and several parking meters on the street. The rate is $2/hr, but parking in either the garage or at a meter is free with a handicapped placard.

    The Downtown Area Shuttle Waterfront loop runs from Waterfront Park (half a block away from the restaurant) to the Aquarium and the visitor's center every 40 minutes from 9:20-6:00.

    Food was amazing, service was wonderful. Be sure to order the crab claw appetizer & key lime pie for dessert!

    We got reservations for NYE at 6 pm! We got there at 5:51 and was greeted by a hostess that knew our name and was very excited to see us ! Placed us exactly where we wanted! My son and wife and I were seated at an end booth ! I am a little large but table moves ! We haven't been there since 2020! It really wasn't that good ! The waitress was very personal and able to suggest to us on how to customize our order! They offer chilled crab dip, but we wanted a hot crab dip! The waitress told us to order a crab cake and the spinach and artichoke dip! Mix the two and it was amazing! The combo was $26 which very reasonable! It was about 8 ounces of crab cake! I had the shrimp and oyster platter! It was enough and the sides were excellent! I had pimento cheese grits: add$1and collards full of country ham! Look under your side bowls because 3 oysters were hidden under the bowl! Scallops in a lemon dill sauce pan seared was excellent! My son wasn't keen on the Charleston rice! I thought it was ok ! Mashed potatoes were passable! Alcohol beverages were average! All is all service , hostess and managers were excellent! I was very surprised! We were so into the food we did not enjoyed the scenery! lol! Parking is an issue and just next to a lot of construction ! They have tweaked the menu! I think this place was a great experience! They do give a discount for cash ! We just give a 20 percent tip then a 25 percent tip! $4.45 charge for using credit card! Taxes are crazy! We payed 16 percent on alcohol! Sad!

    Fleet never disappoints. We live locally and usually take our guest here. The food and service are always wonderful!

    Food was good, but server was rushing us to the point of ruining the experience. For example while still eating our entrees, literally putting food in our mouths, the server was trying to get our dessert order. This was followed by dropping the check over my shoulder just after delivery the dessert. We had been looking for to enjoy our dinner here, but in the end we will never return.
