La Spiga ha sido reconocida desde 1998 por su auténtica gastronomía del norte de Italia, un homenaje culinario a la región italiana de Emilia-Romaña. Capitol Cider se fundó en 2013. Es un restaurante, bar completo, licorería y sitio musical en el corazón de Capitol Hill, Seattle.
